This year’s 3 days Radam conference will be held at the prestigious grounds of the Swan Palace, Boulevard, Florida. The event will feature a variety of programs to entertain, educate and inform all participants. The program is expected to start with the checking in and accreditation of all participants. Participants are all expected to arrive, check in and present themselves for registration and accreditation before 2pm on the first day of the program.  

Guest could request for meals to be sent to their rooms or could chose to lunch in the restaurant of the Swan Palace but the first official group meal event is a group dinner by 7pm. The dinner will feature the welcome speech by the organizers and an official rundown of the events planned for the other 3 days.  

Breakfast on the second day would be open till 11am and participants can either chose to have the meals in their rooms or in the hotels restaurant. By 12pm the group of professionals meets for an update discourse to be handled by 3 speakers on the latest and recent happenings in the reverse mortgage industry. They retire for group lunch by 2.30pm and reconvene by 5.30 for a 2 hour program known as Lender’s Debate. This very interesting feature of the convention involves seasoned reverse mortgage professionals taking the stage to debate on contrary approaches to reverse mortgages. At the end of the debate participants can go freshen up before having dinner by 8.30pm. The dinner will also feature a live band performance by a notable musical band. 

After breakfast on the final day the professionals meet for one of the main highlights of the conference. This event is known as the Reverse Mortgage Think Tank. During this session a number of professionals come up to discuss on various advantages of reverse mortgages. The session is hosted as a forum with a moderator. The professionals speak on various aspects of reverse mortgages, shedding light on better ways and practices as well as trying to give a sound projection on what can be expected in the industry. At the end of the think tank session the participants later unwind in the evening at an organized Barbecue Night that features raffle draws, live musical performances, food and drink.
